Refund policy

At The Free Life, we want you to love your journals. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Because our journals are designed for personal use, used or written-in journals cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
